We are almost diaper free, (I think)

Marley is officially potty-trained...sort of. She has woken up every morning for the past week, with a dry diaper. She even takes the initiative, and goes by herself. I still do remind her, but she has learned the art of holding it. The only problem is #2! Twice today she told me that the poo poo was coming out, and we rushed to the bathroom and she sat on the toilet, and nothing happened. I've even weaned her off of rewards for going. I finally told her that if she didn't want to sit on the potty, she couldn't wear her big girl panties, and the next thing I knew, she was in the bathroom, by herself going #1. I know she's ready for the next step. She runs and tells us as soon as she goes in her diaper. She has even done it a couple of times upon request in the toilet. I even talked to her doctor about it, and he thinks she's ready. She wears panties everywhere, even through nap time and we've never had a wet accident! I want a diaper free August, and I'm out of ideas! Help!!!
