I think it's working

So I think my plan is working. For the past two days Marley has gone into the bathroom to poop. She doesn't tell me, I just hear her calling for me, and I walk in to her standing by the toilet, pants around her ankles, trying to clean up the mess herself. She's not making it to the toilet yet, but she's moving in the right direction! And right now, I'll take what I can get! We had one wet accident today, but it was my fault, I forgot to have her go before her nap, and she went on her bedroom floor. But I gave her a sticker for sitting on it after she woke up from her nap. She didn't do anything, but I told her she tried, and that was enough to earn a sticker.
Also, We went to the library today, and they have started a new program to get kids ready for Kindergarten. They made all of these calenders and each day is marked with an activity to do with you're child, then when the month is over, you cut up the previous month and there is an activity on the back side of each month. Some are flashcards, or paper crafts, or book marks. Each activity takes less than 20 minutes to do. It also has recommended reads and tips for parents in each month. It's a great program and they are free, so if anyone wants one, or knows someone who might want one, let me know and I'll get them for you.
