It's official

I'm sure most of you know by now, but I thought I'd pass the news along as well. We are moving to Texas probably by February. Ben's department at work is more than likely going to be shut down. I say more than likely, because 8 months ago, they told him they were not renewing their lease in the building they are in, they were supposed to be moving everyone to the fisher's building by November, but he hasn't heard anything since. They just hired a bunch of new people in hopes of recovering as much money as possible before they fire everyone. This is just one of their latest shenanigans, some of which include shorting his paycheck, making up stupid rules to make his job nearly impossible, monitoring his every move. They even fired one of his co-workers for sending his team an email telling them he had a dog for sale.
Anyway, thanks to the help of Ben's dad, we have some great job possibilities in Midland Texas. So Ben is leaving right after thanksgiving to go down there and start interviewing. We do have to file a notice with the courts because of Marley, but we should have everything cleared up hopefully by February, and will be good to go. Just keep us in your prayers. It's going to be hard with us being separated from Ben for the next few months, but I just keep reminding myself of how much Josh and Lucy have had to be separated throughout the years, and I know we'll be alright. Anyway, we're excited to go, but we'll be sad to leave. Just please keep us in your prayers!
