Our new neighbor

So we've been neighborless for a while, and it was really nice. There was one guy living in the basement apartment, and he moved out in April. We just got a new one a few weeks ago, and she loves to listen to music, LOUDLY! She is currently playing the same sappy country song over, and over, and over, and over. I really think my ears might start bleeding soon! I really don't know how much more of this I can take! Every morning she wakes Marley up, and she comes into my room and says, "Mommy, the lady is singing in the floor!" She started out playing it at a reasonable level, but it has slowly been getting louder, and louder, and she has it on from the time she gets up until 3am. It's getting super annoying! Anyway, enough of my vent!
