baby update

Today I had my (hopefully last) doctor's appointment. I am 3 cm dilated, and he stripped my membranes, so it's officially time. Although it didn't hurt as much as I remembered, and I didn't get any major contractions after, like I did with Marley. He even told me that if I did start having contractions, to go on a walk and see if I could keep them going. It's okay though, Ben's mom is coming on Wednesday and it's so close, I'd be really disappointed if she didn't make it on time. So I just have to wait until after 4pm on Wednesday, then he can come out! This week would also be perfect being labor day next week, Ben will have Friday, Sunday and Monday off, so he'd only have to use up 3 days of PTO. Anyway, next time I post, hopefully it will be accompanied by pics of our new baby!!!
