Family

So the past few weeks has been really hectic! First Adam came home for three weeks, which was great! It didn't take Marley long to warm back up to him. Then my grandpa was up, and this past weekend, my brother Josh, and his family were here. Their kids stayed with my parents, while he and Lucy went to a bed and breakfast for the weekend. It's been about a year since I've seen any of them, and I hardly recognized my nephew! He's so tall and thin! All of the "baby" look is gone! But what a great kid! Marley had so much fun playing with Hallie. Marley doesn't have any girl friends her age to play with, so we took advantage and packed up all her Barbie's and went to Nana's to play. They had a blast. Hallie was shy at first, so Marley played guns with Colson. I also got to meet my new little niece for the first time. She's such a happy baby. Marley LOVED her! She played and 'read' to her and when Andy tried to take a toy from her, Marley stood up and started yelling at Andy to share with "Baby Layla". It was an exhausting but fun weekend. Yesterday Josh and Lucy were at my parents, so we went over and got to spend some time with them. It's always fun, and always over too soon. Anyway, now, hopefully, we will get back in our old routine. It's been one thing after another and I'm ready to relax for the next few weeks before the baby comes.
