sick

Well, Marley and I have been constantly sick for about 3 months. In the past three weeks alone, We both got the 24 hour stomach bug, Marley had some kind of infection that caused her to have very high fever, and of course her doctor was out, but it went away on it's own, now we both have a cold, and even Ben has joined in on the fun. I've decided to quarantine Marley at least until after I have the baby!
On a funnier note, yesterday Marley fell and hit her bottom and started crying, I always kiss her ouchies for her, so I went over to console her, (with no intention of kissing her bottom) and she said, "Momma, Don't kiss my bottom, there's poopie in it!"
She is a handful right now, but she has her moments when she is so sweet. She has this Ariel doll with real hair that she plays with when she's settling down and sucks her thumb. Well, last night we were watching a movie and she offered me a strand of Ariel's hair, and said, "Mamma, you can share my Ariel with me if you want." It was so sweet, that I couldn't refuse, even though her hair is really nappy and full of food and dirt and other things I don't want to think about!
